Background
Castles N’ Coasters is an amusement and theme park in Phoenix, Arizona. As a small business, they often rely on external support for assistance with digital marketing and digital solutions.
The Problem
Castles N’ Coasters’ website was not compatible with Android mobiles and was not responsive to other mobile operating systems. This was a major problem, given that a large part of Castles N’ Coasters’ target audience is young teens and their families. It was essential for Castles N’ Coasters to have a vibrant and user-friendly mobile presence in order to drive more sales and properly represent their brand online. Additionally, Castles N’ Coasters needed a fresh design that better represented their brand in time for their busiest season, summer.
The Results
Immediately after we launched Castles N’ Coasters’ new website, there was a spike in mobile engagement.
Castles N’ Coasters’ summer campaign, was a success with more people engaging with the website and social media followers increasing on Instagram and Facebook, gaining more likes and comments than before.
