Background
Sky High Sports is a nation-wide trampoline center company that has 15 locations across America. They are the leading brand in trampoline centers throughout the country. Sky High Sports provides fitness classes, birthday parties, corporate events and the opportunity for people of all ages to have fun bouncing around on trampolines.
The Problem
Sky High’s website presence didn’t reflect the fun feel of its centers. Their website looked outdated and needed a rebranding. With multiple locations, the Sky High Sports website was managed centrally. However, it did not provide customers with easy access to essential information about their centers, such as location, live opening hours or online safety form.
The Result
Following the website launch, all 15 of Sky High’s locations had the same look and feel to each website, which made it easier to direct traffic to the customer’s preferred location, no matter what device people were using. It also made it easier to get people started once they came to jump at the trampoline centers. With the addition of the online waiver and online booking functionality, managers are spending less time with mountains of paperwork onsite and less time on the phones thanks to the online booking system.
